What's been your career at Vodafone so far?

I have been with Vodafone in 3 separate roles in 3 separate time periods, 2000-2005, 2013-2019 & 2021 to current. I have been a Customer Service Advisor, Hosting Solutions Manager, Service Manager and now a CASM.

What network are you part of and why did you join?

To help others and share my experiences, I am Autistic, I have ADHD and I was a child carer, I've suffered depression, have anxiety and many inspirational stories to help others.

I once spoke to Michael Caine when in a Telesales job for American Express.

How many languages do you speak?

How many countries have you visited?

4, Austria is my favourite!

How do you switch off after work? Or how do you manage your wellbeing?

Cycling, on and off road.

What are you most looking forward to over the next year?

Graduating from the Leadership Academy Programme - with UK Disability Rights.
