Across my career, I've led D&I within tech, touching on many of the protected characteristics. This allows me to enjoy my role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, driving cultural transformation, and enhancing workplace inclusion to positively impact our ethnically diverse colleagues and those at the intersection of multiple identities. My lived experience paired with partnering with people across the organisation, from leadership to ERG's, has helped me to embed D&I into many organisations. I believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive within society and at work, so breaking biases and advocating for others will always be my goal.
