Better representation, bigger sense of belonging

We want to be a place where you can not only be yourself but thrive in your career and be celebrated for it. That’s why we’re doing more to support our LGBTQ+ community and increase their representation within our workforce.

Pride at VodafoneThree

Our LGBTQ+ employee resource group is open to all employees whether they identify as LGBTQ+ or are an ally! We’ve built a wonderful, supportive community over the years and work closely with the Diversity Equity and Inclusion team to ensure we’re doing all we can to further LGBTQ+ inclusion.

From Pride months packed with events, to educational webinars with special guests, the network works to ensure LGBTQ+ voices are heard across our company while championing inclusion and celebrating diversity. We also have a Trans & Non-binary toolkit to support trans/non-binary employees coming out at work, in addition to monthly calls for the trans community and another call for parents of trans kids.

We achieved Trailblazer status in Stonewall’s 2025 Proud Employers Accreditation, this is the highest level of accreditation and true reflection of our progress and commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusion. In addition to this our Executive Sponsor and Chief Networks Officer Andrea Dona was listed in Outstanding’s Top 40 Advocates for his commitment and allyship the LGBTQ+ community. Our Pride at VodafoneThree network has also been shortlisted for the 2026 Rainbow Honours LGBTQ+ Network of the year award! This recognition is a symbol of all the hard work we are doing to ensure we are the best place for all LGBTQ+ people to work.

Sponsorship & Events

We work with a number of fantastic partners in the LGBTQ+ inclusion space including MyGWork, Trans in the City and Stonewall. These organisations help us to stay on top of our game and continue to strive for better. We also sponsor and attend a number of Pride events throughout the Pride season, this year we’re proud to be attending Newbury Pride, Glasgow Pride, Sparkle and supporting Terrence Higgins Trust to attend Pride in London.

Our Pride at VodafoneThree network truly understand the importance of these Pride events are proud to be able to support them financially, through volunteering and attending too.

Internally at VodafoneThree we run events throughout the year, including an LGBTQ+ film club, LGBTQ+ History Quiz, charity bake sales, webinars and riveting panel discussions featuring a range of inspiring external speakers. We’re passionate about storytelling, taking all employees on their allyship journey and building a community where everyone can belong and thrive.

Doing more as a business

Allyship is essential to making a place where everyone from the LGBTQ+ community can belong. That’s why we have online learning to help colleagues understand how they can be a more impactful ally.

We’re also working to ensure all our policies and benefits meet the needs of our employees. From our transitioning guidance to our gender dysphoria benefits, we are doing more to make sure people can truly be themselves when they work with us.
