Hybrid Roles
Having a balance between connection in the office and working from home is something we believe to be an integral part of helping our people be successful and truly be at their best.
That's why we don't require you to be in on specific days. Instead, we ask people to come into the office 2-3 days each week, for at least 8 days' per month, working with your line manager to understand what their expectations are for you, your specific role and your team.

Our office spaces are designed for connection, co-creation and collaboration creating a space for everybody to be at their best.
Of course, where you work will depend on the particular job you do. Combining days in the office with time spent working from home find out more about our Newbury HQ campus, the Speechmark – our Digital Hub in London – and other key VodafoneThree locations.
