Our Customer Service teams
There are a number of different roles within our Customer Service teams:

Home-based Customer Service Adviser
Whether we're assisting with their broadband, a bill query or upgrading their phone, these roles are all about establishing an instant rapport with our customers. To do that, our Advisers need to adapt to each individual's needs and communicate in a way that works for them.

Specialised Support
With technology, things can occasionally get a little tricky. That’s why we have the best support team on hand to help customers who need more in-depth tips and advice. Then there's our Customer Relations team who take care of customer complaints. Both have a crucial part to play in what we do.

Team Leaders
In an organisation that's all about continuous performance and quality improvement, our Team Leaders have a crucial role to play. Managing and motivating a team of up to 15 home-based Advisers, they provide the support, encouragement and inspiration each one needs to achieve their full potential.

Other Opportunities
From Billings and Operations to Forecasting & Planning, we have numerous teams behind the scenes providing expert insight and support to our Advisers so they're better prepared to solve our customer problems. For ambitious Advisers, that also means lots of opportunities to progress.
