Inbound Sales Advisers
Whether they're asking about broadband deals, looking for a new SIM or even thinking of leaving us, you'll be a main point of contact for both new and existing customers, ensuring they get the best advice and service possible
We aspire to be a brand our customers love. Here, you'll see every interaction as a chance to strengthen our relationships with them, using solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet their individual needs.
Put your people skills to the test by managing and motivating a team of 10-12 Advisers, helping to shape and create an environment that is open, collaborative, agile and entirely focused on delivering the best customer experience.
As well as the teams helping customers directly in our Contact Centre, there are many other opportunities to support them in areas such as Billing and Operations, Forecasting and Planning and our Customer Experience team, to name just a few.

Where we work
Our Contact Centre in Stoke-on-Trent has been home to our sales teams for over ten years. It was built with the most efficient of materials and its rainwater reclamation system (which harvests and reuses rainwater from the building and car park) makes it one of the most economical buildings in the city.
We have recently hired over 300 team members into our new sales centre of excellence, offering the very latest training facilities for our customer service and retail teams.
