Level 6 Network Engineering Apprenticeship

Develop the skills to build and test world-class networks as you gain a BSc (Hons) in Digital and Technology Solutions, specialising in Network Engineering. Help us make the world more connected.

Level 6 Software Engineering Apprenticeship

Over three years, you'll become a confident software engineer with a BSc (Hons) in Digital Technology Solutions. Build applications that help create a better future.

Level 6 Project Management Apprenticeship

Learn how to manage the end-to-end delivery of high-level projects and earn a BSc (Hons) in Project Management as you do. Experience an agile work environment where you can think big and take risks.

Level 6 Data Analyst Apprenticeship

Help influence business-transforming decisions and gain a BSc (Hons) in Digital & Technology Solutions, specialising in Data Analytics. Your new skills will ensure you’re always future-ready.

Level 6 Cyber Security Apprenticeship

Learn to manage cyber risks and respond to threats while studying towards a BSc (Hons) in Digital and Technology Solutions, specialising in Cyber Security. Enjoy working with diverse perspectives that will inspire you.

Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship

Work alongside seasoned Project Management professionals to gain hands-on experience while studying towards your APM (Association for Project Management) qualification. If problem-solving and building relationships are your strengths, this is one for you.

Level 6 IT Consultant Apprenticeship

Build a strong foundation in tech consultancy while studying towards a BSc (Hons) in Digital and Technology Solutions, specialising in IT Consultancy. Work with internal and external customers to define needs, create and implement solutions. All while shaping your dream career.

The Application Process

Interested in a graduate opportunity but not sure how to apply? It's a simple four-stage process.

1. Application and eligibility form

First, we’ll ask you to fill in a quick form that tells us your basic details. We’ll use these to make sure you’re eligible for the programme you’re applying for.

2. Digital assessment

Next is your chance to show us what you’ve got. It starts with a video interview, where you’ll record your answers to five questions. Then you'll be presented with a logical reasoning game. From start to finish, this stage will take around 30 minutes.

3. Assessment centre experience

During this fully immersive experience, you’ll take part in exercises that feel just like working with us. You’ll meet a number of assessors and teams and complete three assessments – a one-to-one strengths-based interview, a role-specific exercise and a core exercise that will really get you thinking. The assessment centres will be throughout March & April.

4. Offer

Within seven days of the assessment centre, we'll get back in touch. If you're successful, we’ll ask for a few more details and get your contract out to you as quickly as possible. We’ll then get you connected to all things Vodafone via webinars, quizzes, challenges, Q&As and a lively Facebook page. All of which will help get you energised for your first day.
