At Vodafone, we continue to collaborate with external organisations to have a positive impact on LGBT+ inclusion in our communities. We also review engagement data through our “Spirit Beat” survey to ensure our LGBT+ colleagues feel supported, included, and empowered.

Our LGBT+ & Friends Network champions inclusion and celebrates diversity at work and in our communities. From a supportive buddy system to a Pride Month filled with awareness and celebration, this network ensures LGBT+ voices are heard and valued in everything we do at Vodafone.

Every Pride, we bring thousands of colleagues together from across the business to celebrate, connect, and show support through events and activities both online and in person.

And it doesn’t stop there. Throughout the year, we share stories and host conversations that reflect the diversity of our LGBT+ community and celebrate their contributions.
