Finance is not just about the numbers! Our Finance teams help us become stronger and more efficient in our operations. They partner with the business to analyse, advise and draw insights needed to make commercial decisions and bringing us closer to our purpose of connecting places, people and things as well as protecting our value.
Our Finance Graduate Programme is 2 years, based in our London Paddington office, and will provide you with a breadth of experience in a wide range of roles, allowing you to explore the world of Finance and find the areas you enjoy and excel in, whilst developing transferable skills.
You could find yourself partnering with the business or using technology to deliver financial value working in teams such as Data & Analytics, Commercial and Technology Finance, Vodafone Business Finance, Regional Finance, Internal Audit, Treasury, Financial Planning and Analysis, Tax, Mergers & Acquisition as well as Finance Operations and Controls.
Whichever team you join, you’ll have a seat at the table and the ability to shape the future direction of Vodafone. We support all our Finance Graduates to get a CIMA qualification aligned to their learnings and experiences.

Our HR Graduate Programme is 2 years, based in our London Paddington office. You’ll rotate across three placements which can be in: Resourcing, Reward, Learning & Development, Organisational Effectiveness, Diversity & Inclusion and HR Business Partnering. You could find yourself working on an app that provides the best-in-class employee experience, or helping the business become even more inclusive in its practices and policies. You could partner with an area of the business to make changes and support them with their HR calendar activities, or plan towards a workforce that is apt for the ever-changing digital landscape.
Each placement will be different to give you a wide range of experience and skills across the HR function. To top it all off, if you don’t already have your CIPD qualification, we’ll sponsor you to get it!
Our Data Graduate programme is 2 years, based in our London Paddington office. It’s a cross-functional programme meaning you will rotate between Finance (Data & Analytics), Commercial Big Data, and Technology. The scope of the work and skills being applied are data modelling, visualisation, architecture.
In External Affairs, we build, develop and protect Vodafone’s reputation. We are Vodafone’s voice to the world – as we manage our corporate communications and ensure that our valued customers know and believe in what we stand for. It’s about forging relationships, managing our partnerships with government and international institutions. This team enables Vodafone to conduct business in an ethical, transparent, and socially beneficial way.
Our External Affairs Graduate Programme is 2 years, based in our London Paddington office. You’ll rotate across three placements in any of the following; Sustainability, Corporate Affairs, Public Affairs and External Communications.
You will need a 2:2 in any degree, although a related degree preferably in Public Relations, International Relations, Journalism, Politics or Sustainability is a bonus.
