Different perspectives lead to new possibilities

Our difference makes us stronger. The best innovations happen when diverse people with different perspectives collaborate. That’s why we’re building an environment where everyone can thrive. Where we track our progress through regular check-ins rather than annual surveys. And where everyone plays a part in making people feel welcome and accepted.

Gender Equality

We want to be the employer of choice for women. To get there, we’re working closely with teams across the business to develop more progressive initiatives for women, including our global maternity policy which offers 16 weeks of fully paid maternity leave.

Our global commitment on menopause

Vodafone’s global commitment on menopause is part of our aim to build a more inclusive culture and our desire for women to see Vodafone as the place to be for their career through all stages of their working life.

Vodafone’s independent research conducted by Opinium in 2021 highlights and details the workplace impacts for women experiencing menopause symptoms, based on a survey of over 5,000 people in five countries who had experienced menopause while at work.

Our comprehensive toolkit for those experiencing menopause and for the people supporting them is available for individuals or organisations to download, use and share.
