You'll have one Study day per week to focus on your qualification
Teams you could work in
Our Level 4 Project Management Apprenticeship is designed to give you hands-on experience managing integral projects across the business. You’ll gain experience in:
- Human Resources
- Software Teams
- Network Teams
- Corporate Functions
- Vodafone Business
Things you could work on
- Helping organise and facilitate communication between different departments to ensure projects stay on track and goals are aligned
- Collecting and analysing project data, prepare status reports, and help present updates to stakeholders
- Support rollout of new software (e.g., CRM, HRIS, project management tools)
- Improving how updates and information are shared across teams
- Helping co-ordinate timelines, resources, and communications.
This is your chance to build a solid foundation in project management while making a real difference in a dynamic, innovative business.
Your Qualification
Qualification: You’ll work towards a Level 4 Association for Project Management (APM) qualification and you’ll have 1 study day per week.
Duration: Typically 18-months
Course Delivery: Remote, with occasional off-site sessions

Interested in applying
- There is no upper limit, but you must be at least 18 years old on or before 14 September 2026.
- GCSEs in English & Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent qualifications and 3 A Levels gained by August 2026 or equivalent qualifications.
- You must not currently be enrolled into full time education, and you must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject (e.g. a degree or masters in a similar subject).
- You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration.
- Our Apprenticeships may close early if we receive a high number of applications, so we recommend applying as soon as you can.
- Assessment Centres for this programme will be held between January – March 2026.
- If offered, the start Date would be September 2026.
