Business Manager / Digital & IT Transformation LeadI've been at Vodafone for almost 5 years now (time flies, seriously!). It all started in 2018 when I joined as a graduate in HR. The graduate scheme was an amazing experience where I got to learn about different areas of the company. I began in the Internal comms team, where I discovered the importance of clear communication to keep everyone aligned towards common goals.
After that, I moved to Reward, Recognition, and Benefits, where I dealt with things like annual salary reviews and employee recognition programs. A valuable lesson this team taught me was to be proactive and seek out opportunities to contribute. My last rotation was in Resourcing and Recruitment. Here, I owned a transformation project, improving a resourcing process.
Little did my manager know that giving me that chance would lead me into project management. I offboarded as a customer-facing project manager. I delivered bespoke technology solutions to our business customers. This role set me on a massive learning curve, but it taught me that growth happens when you step outside your comfort zone.
