Who we are
We have different teams with a variety of functions. These range from Corporate Strategy and Strategic Project Management to Wholesale and Solstice Business.
We do a lot. For example, we develop the company-wide strategy. We create cross-functional and cross-divisional projects. We handle the tactical alignment of the wholesale business. And we support the largest transformation project within Vodafone. Through our work, we make products and processes better. At the same time, our focus is always on the customer.
We want to develop a strategy for the entire company. This strategy achieves both financial goals and customer satisfaction. We identify and evaluate business-critical opportunities and risks and then derive recommended actions. On top of that, we advance the implementation of the strategies. In the process, we position Vodafone for the future.
Flat hierarchies and high cross-functionality are our thing. Transparency and trust are essential. Plus, we build bridges and dive deeper into specific topics. Because We can and do both.

We are the operatives among the strategists. We accompany company-wide strategic projects. Their relevance spans the business units and these projects are highly complex. We bring all stakeholders to one table. This is the best way to achieve our goals.
Solstice
Solstice is one of Vodafone’s largest business and IT transformation programmes in Europe. The goal: Customer experiences, products and processes which make collaborating with partners and IT better. Because this is how we secure the future in the digital age. We can only succeed with this by transforming businesses, product portfolios and our IT.
