How we optimise the customer journey
Customer Journey Mapping
Using Customer Journey Mapping, we visualise customers’ touchpoints and experiences. The status quo documentation is a crucial element. This workshop format enables us to visually represent customer experiences throughout the customer journey. At the same time, it is also a design method we use to shape the customer journey. Customer feedback and personas help us to find potential optimisations and action points.

Design thinking is an approach based around the following principles:

Design thinking should be understood as less of a method or process. The goal is to solve problems and develop new ideas. The solutions need to with over users well also being market and product oriented.
