Programme Details
Your training at a glance
- You look after our customers on the phone, in chats or by e-mail and you provide outstanding customer service
- You work in different departments
- Experienced trainers support you, helping you to become a communication professional
- You attend vocational school for one third of your apprenticeship
- After successfully completing your apprenticeship, you can continue your career with us
