The Application Process
Complete some basic details and attach your CV.
Top Tip - Tailor your CV to the programme you are applying for – highlight relevant achievements, skills or work experience.
You will be sent a link to complete our online Assessment, which will include two stages:
Reasoning Assessment - This entails spotting patterns and sequences, often using shapes or symbols. These questions test your ability to think conceptually and solve puzzles which helps us to assess your problem-solving ability and your decision-making skills.
Top Tip: Try practicing with puzzles like Sudoku, pattern sequences, or visual brain teasers. These can help sharpen your ability to spot trends quickly and accurately.
Video Recorded Interview – you’ll be presented with a series of questions which may include why you’re interested in Vodafone and the role, your strengths and development areas, and how you’ve handled certain situations like problem-solving. This isn’t a live interview, your responses are recorded and reviewed later by our recruitment team.
Top Tip: Use the practice question to get comfortable with the format.
The Assessment Centre is the final stage of the process. Getting this far is a massive achievement, and you should be proud of yourself! These are either virtual or in person and you’ll complete three exercises:
- Group Exercise – you’ll work as a team on a business problem and present it back to the assessors. (Collaboration is key!)
- Individual Role-play exercise – This is where you will be given a scenario, and you will role-play a stakeholder meeting with your assessor
- One-to-one interview – This is our chance to get to know you a bit more and understand how you respond to certain scenario’s and learn about your motivation for applying.
