These combine colleagues from different teams to address learning issues, for example. They discuss impulses, advice, service implementation and experiences.

Future Ready
We are pioneers. We offered home offices seven years before the Corona pandemic. We were able to spend 50% of our working hours working from home. In the pandemic, we were able to react quickly, shifting to 100% home office for our health and yours. But we have always asked ourselves: Where do we go from here? That is why, in autumn 2021, we were one of the first companies to launch our Full Flex Office concept. This was developed in line with the findings of a staff survey and in close consultation with the works councils.
Because we believe in hybrid working: Full flexibility allows a seamless transition between the office and the mobile office at any time. Both are of equal value to us.
AI in HR
Change is our constant companion. We are convinced that lifelong learning is a key to sustainable success. You can do this with our global learning, skills and recruiting ecosystem: Grow with Vodafone. This enables us to actively shape and advance our personal development. Artificial intelligence, AI for short, supports Grow with Vodafone. This ensures that the system grows with us and adapts. The AI-based system provides personalised learning and development recommendations. How? By analysing our skill profile information, our interest in the learning areas and future roles. At the same time, we feel that it is important that no decision is left up to AI alone.

They all have two things in common: Enthusiasm and the desire to make a difference. I will also take these experiences with me after the trainee programme.
