Who we are
We are tech driven. We are international. We are a team. What connects us? The passion for data. We have diversely positioned skills and tasks. Because some of us work on creating new machine learning algorithms. While others structure data and prepare it. And others illustrate the history of the data in graphs.
What makes a special: We work with technical and business data. Because millions of customers utilise our network. In the process, they provide anonymous data. Which we then use to improve our services. However, we need a framework to be able to truly use this data. This is exactly we are working on. That is why we provide data in data warehouses, manage KPIs via data governance, transform data and ultimately visualise it using dashboards.

Even today, women still remain under-represented in technical fields. The Dames in D&A women’s network aims to change that. We network, exchange ideas, learn from and with each other.
Agile transformation
How can so many colleagues collaborate efficiently and effectively? Our answer: Agility. Over the past few years, we have transformed ourselves into an agile organisation. Now we are largely organised using the scaled agile framework. This has heightened our focus on the customer. We are constantly working on our products and services. We are in constant contact with future users.
Communication is key
We greatly value transparency. Our teams exchange information on a regular basis. To handle the various topics and ensure sufficient variety, we have created a variety of formats such as Strategy Allhands and Brownbag Sessions, which are also open to our internal clients. Once her year, we even hold a full-day in-house D&A Meetup. At the event, we present our largest current projects.

SAFe
We work with the Scaled Agile Framework or SAFe for short. This enables us to collaborate effectively and efficiently in such a large organisation with so many stakeholders, interfaces and issues.
Tableau
We make data-based decisions. To do so, we need understandable data visualisation. That is why we prepare our dashboards using Tableau.
GCP / AWS
Big data demands a lot of storage capacity. That is why local data centres have largely become a thing of the past. And we are moving our data into the cloud.
KI / ML
We support other areas with making decisions. How? Through ML-based predictions.
