Who we are
We make Vodafone secure – as part of a global cyber security team.
We implement and operate an ISMS, manage the lifecycle of cyber security monitoring, risks and provide security. We safeguard security certifications and develop the 3 Lines of Defence model. In the process, we provide insights and an overview, make cyber security risks manageable and also guarantee compliance with cyber security regulations.

Cyber security programmes help us to tackle cyber risks. We coordinate the programme content with Global Cyber Prevent. To ensure the greatest benefit. Our main Cyber Security Baseline – or CSB – programme focuses on managing all cyber compliance activities. This enables us to optimise all of the important cyber security controls.

Our primary task: Checking the safety of all products, services and processes before they are introduced. We help teams to embed security into Vodafone products. By doing so, we support the development of our security architecture. And pave the way for us to become a technology company.
What we do:
Develop and manage the agile Vodafone DevSecOps community product security and consulting
Security and privacy by design assurance and security demand management
Pentesting, red teaming
- Security logging, incident and event management (SIEM)
The entire project portfolio is in our hands. We prioritise projects and coordinate with the divisions. We plan the budget in accordance with defined financial targets. We document our performance to enable us to make timely steering decisions.

We protect ourselves and our customers against security threats from the Internet. And if something actually happens, we manage the incidents. We monitor all open vulnerabilities, including those in the cloud. And: We help customers who have fallen victim to malware attacks.
