Our Commercial Graduate programme is two years and during this time you’ll rotate across three placements which could be in:
Marketing & Brand
You’ll work on ensuring Vodafone’s brand resonates with our customers and aligns with our purpose. You’ll be involved in shaping marketing strategies that deliver powerful, authentic messages that connect with millions across the globe.
Customer Experience & Operations
Dive deep into the multi-channel customer experience – from retail stores to our app and website. Your work will help shape how we engage with customers, ensuring we deliver the best experience possible both digitally and in person.
Products & Services
Be part of the team developing the next generation of products – whether that’s securing deals for the latest smartphones or creating exciting offerings from our Home, Payments, Insurance, and TV portfolios. You’ll have the chance to work on products that are used by millions of people every day.
Big Data
Help unlock the power of data. Vodafone’s Big Data team creates state-of-the-art AI products and data-driven solutions, using the latest analytics to deliver value for our customers and local markets. Your work could directly influence key business decisions and customer experiences.
