CIPD level 5 qualification, with costs and training all covered by us!

Location

London Paddington, along with a blend of hybrid working.

8 days in your office a month, rest from home!

Things you could work on

  • Organising employee events or recognition programs
  • Streamlining HR processes to support with efficiency and user-experience
  • Organising events or campaigns to raise awareness of D&I initiatives
  • Designing and delivering Talent and Leadership Development programs
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of learning initiatives
  • Enhancing employer branding through social media campaigns
  • Analyzing recruitment data to improve hiring processes

Your CIPD Qualification

Qualification: You’ll work towards a Level 5 CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel Development)

Duration:  Typically 2 years with additional time to prepare for your End-Point Assessment

Course Delivery : Remote, with occasional off-site sessions

Content: As part of the qualification, you’ll:

  • Explore the management of relationships, systems, and processes
  • Learn how to develop talent and build successful teams
  • Build key strategies relevant to your day to day, honing skills in project management, analytics and technology
  • You’ll gain the confidence to do all this within the limitations of legislation and professional business practice
