Level 6 BA (Hons) in Management, focusing on HR Management, as well as a CMI Level 5 – all funded by us!
You'll have one Study day per week to focus on your qualification

Teams you could work in
Our Level 6 HR Apprenticeship is designed to give you hands-on experience across the employee lifecycle. You’ll gain experience across:

Things you could work on
You could find yourself:
- Designing and implementing new engagement surveys or action plans.
- Improving the onboarding experience for new hires.
- Developing clear progression frameworks across functions.
- Reviewing recruitment processes to reduce bias.
Throughout your Apprenticeship it will challenge you, inspire you, and help you grow, developing the kind of People Leader the future needs.

Your Qualification
Qualification: You’ll work towards a Level 6 BA in Management, focusing on HR Management, as well as a CMI Level 5. You’ll have 1 Study day per week to focus on your qualification.
Duration: Typically 48-months, with additional time to prepare for your End-Point Assessment
Course Delivery : Remote, with occasional off-site sessions
Content: You’ll gain new skills including:
- Supporting the delivery of business plans by setting goals and KPIs, managing resources, and analysing data to measure performance and drive operational excellence.
- Planning, leading and managing projects and change initiatives, applying tools and techniques to mitigate risk and overcome challenges.
- Creating and managing budgets, control costs, and produce accurate financial and procurement reports

Interested in applying?
- There is no upper limit, but you must be at least 18 years old on or before 15 September 2025.
- GCSEs in English & Maths at grade C/4 or above or equivalent qualifications and 3 A Levels gained by August 2026 or equivalent qualifications.
- You must not currently be enrolled into full time education, and you must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level in a similar subject (e.g. a degree or masters in a similar subject).
- You must also have the correct right to work documentation in place for the full programme duration.
