We are a Disability Confident Employer

We are proud to share that that we have become a Disability Confident Employer as part of the government’s Disability Confident Scheme.

The government scheme exists to support businesses by encouraging them to review how they think about disability, and to act on how they attract, recruit, retain, and develop employees with disabilities.

At Vodafone, we value the incredible contribution and talent that people with disabilities can and do bring to our workplace. Achieving Disability Confident Employer status is part of our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive.

And our VodABILITY People Network are vital in that journey. They’ve worked hard to create a platform for the business to listen, learn and understand the lived experience of our disabled colleagues, helping to break down the myths and increase knowledge around the full range of disabilities, raising awareness of the procedures and support that are already in place and drive new initiatives to address any gaps; helping to break down barriers and remove the stigma.
