Our very own Rubi Kaur and Kate Beaumont feature on Computer Weekly's Most Influential Women in UK Tech 2021 Longlist!

For the last 10years, Computer Weekly have been showcasing women in IT and each year they publish a list of the most influential women within technology, highlighting women who have been considered to have made a lifetime contribution to the technology sector.

And we're proud to announce that we have two inspirational females who feature on this year's Computer Weekly's Influential Women in UK Tech longlist.

Rubi Kaur is a Senior Solutions Architect with a career in technology spanning 20 years. Throughout this time, Rubi worked on projects that brought the first mobile internet services to mobile phones, as well as Green IT sustainability projects which consider the carbon impact of our technology solutions.

As chair of our Women in Technology network, Rubi has a great platform to inspire and mentor young females starting out in technology.

This is her 3rd time featuring on this list which is such a great achievement.

Kate Beaumont is Director of Device Operations, Product and Innovation at Vodafone UK with a 25- year telecommunications career in market leading companies including Samsung and Deutsche Telekom.

Kate has led key launches in both technology such as 5G and market leading devices.  She has enhanced organisational performance through business transformation and building best performing teams by investing in people.

Throughout her career Kate's pushed boundaries and broken barriers for women in 'male-dominated' industries and at Vodafone she continues to pave the way for Women in Technology with her not only featuring on Computer Weekly’s Most Influential Women list, but also on this year’s Mobile Power 50's Most Influential People list!
