My time at the Vodafone Connected Education Forum 2023

I was fortunate enough to be offered the opportunity to present at the ‘Global Connected Education Forum’ at Vodafone Spain HQ in Madrid.

The purpose of the Conference was to bring together those in Vodafone Group and our OpCos (including UK, Spain, Greece), building a network of individuals who support education institutions, sharing best practise to encourage innovation as well as improve teaching for students through the use of technology.

We heard from our Vodafone leaders as well as external speakers who are pioneers in the field of education. I work as a Client Sales Specialist in the UK Enterprise Public Sector Team, specifically servicing our Higher Education customers.

Thus, I was asked to present surrounding UK Strategy in Education and how we’re supporting our customers in their fast-paced digital transformation.

To be amongst industry leaders and connecting with local and overseas colleagues alike was a fantastic opportunity, having recently offboarded from the Business Sales Graduate Scheme in May. I’ve been able to quickly learn, develop and specialise in my permanent position, servicing my Higher Education customers and delving into this innovative and technologically demanding vertical.
