Diversi-Tea with Kaammini: Black Professionals Ft. Dayo & Dare

Catch up on our very first Diversi-Tea event to hear from Dayo and Dare about their experiences as Black Professionals at Vodafone.

On 2nd December 2021, we held our first Diversi-Tea panel discussion hosted by our UK Diversity and Inclusion Manager, Kaammini Chanrai. For the first event, Kaammini was joined by Dayo Oni (Technical Delivery Manager) and Dare Smith (Retail & Finance Sector Security Lead) to discuss their experiences as Black Professionals in the workplace.

The inspiring panel discussed their achievements and challenges throughout their careers, as well as topics including intersectionality, imposter syndrome and the importance of role models.
