Reasonable Adjustments

We believe everyone should have the opportunity to interview for a role that matches their skills. In collaboration with our Talent, Diversity & Inclusion teams and the VodABILITY network, we've identified a range of reasonable adjustments to help you feel comfortable and perform at your best self during the interview process.

At Vodafone, we’re committed to supporting you throughout every stage of your journey with us. Below, you’ll find more information about the available interview adjustments and how to request them.

Interview Adjustments

We understand that you may require adjustments to the interview process due to individual needs or conditions. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and can perform at your best during your interview with us.

Below, we’ve listed below some examples of common adjustments we can make to the interview process.
If these don’t meet your requirements, please let your recruiter know at the point of interview confirmation – we’re happy to explore personalised adjustments tailored to your needs.

Examples of Interview Adjustments Available:

Accessible location

Check the accessibility of the interview, such as whether it will be held in person or virtually, and arrange an alternative format if needed.

Additional time

Request additional time during the interview or to answer questions.

Accessible formats

Receive the interview details in an accessible format, such as large print or a high-contrast colour scheme.

Additional support

Arrange additional support during the interview from a family member, carer or another individual of choice.

Other Adjustments

Arrange live captions for your virtual interview, BSL interpreters, as well as accessible rooms and disabled parking.

Disability & Accessibility Network

Our people network, VodABILITY, supports all types of disabilities and wellbeing at Vodafone UK, including physical and mental disabilities, hidden disabilities, and neurodiversity. VodABILITY work to create an inclusive workplace that enables every colleague to excel, without exception.
