Racial Equality Lead

Across my career, I've led D&I within tech, touching on many of the protected characteristics. This allows me to enjoy my role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives, driving cultural transformation, and enhancing workplace inclusion to positively impact our ethnically diverse colleagues and those at the intersection of multiple identities.

My lived experience paired with partnering with people across the organisation, from leadership to ERG's, has helped me to embed D&I into many organisations. I believe everyone deserves the chance to thrive within society and at work, so breaking biases and advocating for others will always be my goal.

LGBTQ+ Lead

I’m dedicated to creating a workplace where everyone can not only be themselves but can thrive. Building a strong sense of community here has been an exciting opportunity for me in my work with the LGBTQ+ community. Seeing folks connect with each other, share their stories and uplift one another is fantastic.

I particularly enjoy being able to directly support our trans and non-binary colleagues when they come out at work and offering ongoing support and guidance throughout this journey.

I’m fascinated by people, the dynamics and structures within our society and how these can impact how we operate within the working world. I’m committed to understanding and challenging the structures that influence our ability to create a consistent, engaging and fulfilling experience for all our people.

For my role as Gender Equality Lead, I'm excited by the opportunity to combine my experience of employee listening, data driven insights and experience improvement to create equitable experiences for all our colleagues. 

Head of the Culture, Wellbeing and DEI Team

Throughout my career I've enjoyed supporting organisations in creating inclusive and healthy cultures where people can be at their best. My priority is making sure we put our people at the heart of everything we do. Our team's purpose is to make sure our company is the best place to work, where everyone can thrive, feel included, safe and well.

What I love about working here is our innovative approach to driving change, where we always work collaboratively with colleagues to look for new and better ways to build on our employee experience.

Programme Manager and Disability & Accessibility Lead

I’m determined to make a difference for our people, by creating an environment where everyone feels valued, seen, heard, and connected with their colleagues. I am passionate about the disability confident scheme and in using this model to support our company inclusion values. By increasing allyship through the great work we do we can raise awareness and educate others.   

One of our key business principles is getting it done together, I love the collaboration driven by our diversity and inclusion team as well as our people networks in working together to drive and embed positive change.
