Bringing together two high-performing teams, our Wholesale division has a crucial role to play in maximising the usage – and therefore the profitability – of our mobile and fixed line networks.
Whether you join the MVNO (Mobile Virtual Network Operator) and Fixed Connectivity team or the Wholesale Mobile Solutions and Carrier Services team, you'll find the work we do is extremely varied and offers plenty of exciting career opportunities.
MVNO & Fixed Connectivity
This team focuses on selling our mobile and fixed network services to other providers and making sure we have the infrastructure to support them. Here, you can join us in the following areas:
Business Development
Winning new MVNO and Carrier business, driving commercial renegotiations and identifying additional services our existing customers could benefit from.
Service Management
Ensuring the smooth delivery of services to our customers, including new technology releases, incident management and customer Call Centre operations.
Partner Management
Managing our relationship with key customers, providing them with commercial support and insight and acting as a single point of contact into the business.
Solution Architecture and Technology
Identifying the best ways to roll out new technologies and features, ensuring they integrate smoothly with the existing Vodafone ecosystem.
Wholesale Mobile Solutions and Carrier Services
This team deals with our interconnected Voice services and Mobile solutions, as well as 'Charge-to-Bill' opportunities. Roles here are available in the following areas:
Business Management
Winning new business and ensuring that our existing partners receive the best possible support and are able to maximise every new revenue opportunity.
Interconnect Team
Focusing on the detailed management of our interconnect relationships that ensure our customers enjoy the same great service at home and abroad.
