Our Retail teams
There are a number of different roles on the Retail side of our business:

Retail Advisers
Our Retail Advisers are full of enthusiasm and love to meet new people. They connect with customers and ask smart questions, then match our outstanding products and services to their individual needs. Unlike many retail jobs, it's a terrifically rewarding role and there are no limits to what you can achieve.

Tech Experts
From supporting a customer with queries about their handset, to repairing faulty devices, our technology experts never stand still. They help those who may be struggling with their devices get to grips with the basics, and those who are already comfortable with tech, realise its full potential.

Business Advisers
Business customers present the prospect of selling not just one, but several, maybe dozens, or even hundreds of connections. These roles are all about realising that potential through solution-based selling and offering products and services that meet each customer's individual needs.

Assistant and Store Managers
There’s a reason why our stores are full of motivated and hardworking people, it’s because of our Managers. Leading, motivating and coaching their teams, they are a key part of keeping the store running and meeting performance targets. Without them, we wouldn’t have stand-out stores.

Regional Managers
From new product launches to major national events, there’s never a dull day in the life of a Regional Manager. They revel in each new challenge, delivering operational excellence across their region by identifying growth opportunities and building and motivating their teams.
