Ready to Apply?
We're so glad you're considering a future with us. As we continue to bring our teams together under one brand, you may still see Vodafone and Three brands during the application process - but rest assured, we're all part of the same journey. Change takes time and while we align our systems behind the scenes, we're committed to making your experience smooth, fair and welcoming.
You'll find more information about the VodafoneThree application process, as well as any reasonable adjustments and how to request them, below.
First, we’ll ask you to fill in a quick form that tells us your basic details. We’ll use these to make sure you’re eligible for the programme you’re applying for.
Next is your chance to show us what you’ve got. It starts with a video interview, where you’ll record your answers to three questions. Then you'll be presented with an image-based personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test. From start to finish, this stage will take around 45 minutes.
If shortlisted, a Recruiter will call you to discuss your experience and why you'd like to work with us. Be ready to talk about your academic achievements and your career aspirations. You'll also have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
Assessment Centre:
During this fully immersive in-person experience, you’ll take part in exercises that feel just like working with us. You’ll meet a number of assessors and teams and complete assessments to demonstrate your skills and abilities. Throughout the session, you'll be able to ask us questions to learn more about what it's really like to work for us.
Feedback:
Following the assessment centre. we'll provide you with feedback on what you did well and suggested development areas. If you're successful in receiving an offer to join our Graduate Future Leader Programme, we'll ask for a few more details so that we can issue your contract, and get you connected to all things VodafoneThree - set up ready for your start with us. This will include introductions with your Line Manager and your cohort, Q&As and an Early Careers induction.

We can only accept one application per candidate, so please make sure that you're only applying to one Programme. If you change your preference, please let us know so that we can consider your application accordingly. Please note that after you've been invited to an Assessment Centre, we won't be able to transfer your application.
To be eligible for the programme:
- You need to have achieved, or be on track to achieve, a 2.1 (or equivalent) in your chosen degree
- For our Technology Future Leader Programme, we require a degree in a STEM subject.
- You’ll need to have recently graduated in a bachelors or masters obtained or to be obtained, between June 2023 and August 2026
- You need to have the correct work permit in place at the time of the application to work in the UK in full-time permanent employment for the duration of the Programme. This includes residing physically in the UK for the duration of your time at VodafoneThree.
We are not able to sponsor visas for the Programme and we are unable to accept the Graduate Route Visa at this time. If you are unsure if you have a suitable visa to work in the UK or your current visa has an expiry date, please email us at: earlycareers@vodafonethree.com to check before you apply.
The VodafoneThree Graduate Programme will start in September 2026.
Applications close on 31st December 2025.
Our most common sites are Newbury and London (Southwark), with roles aligned to existing team locations and working patterns. You may need to move location during the Programme, i.e. between our Newbury and London hubs and we therefore ask for flexibility and availability to work in either or both of these locations full-time for the duration of the Programme. More detail is shared in each of the Programme descriptions.
VodafoneThree operates a blended approach to work. Our offices are used as a hub for collaboration, networking, co-creation and even concentration spaces. Across most roles, we expect our employees to be in the office for 2-3 days a week and work remotely for the remainder, e.g. from the comfort of your own home or from another office location – whatever works best for you. Anything different will be noted in the Programme description.
In order to be considered for the Graduate Future Leader Programme, you must already be in possession of a UK working permit that is valid for the duration of the Graduate Future Leader Programme you are applying to without the need for support from VodafoneThree, as well as living in the UK for the duration of your time with us.
Unfortunately, if you do not meet this criteria, we are unable to proceed with your application. Please also note that we are unable to accept the Graduate Route Visa currently.
If you are unsure if your visa will allow you the unrestricted right to work in the UK or you have an expiry date for your current visa, please email us at earlycareers@vodafonethree.com to check before applying.
Yes, if you are eligible for the Programme, you can apply. We recommend, as with any internal position, that you speak to your manager before applying.
If you are invited to an Assessment Centre and you are unable to attend, please let us know at earlycareers@vodafonethree.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to reschedule your attendance, subject to availability. Please note that this will not be possible in all cases.
The online assessments allow us to learn more about you and what makes you a great fit for VodafoneThree. They’ll take approx. 45 mins. and involve a video interview, an image-based personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test. You will have a practice question before each section.
The video interview will contain competency-based questions, so you shouldn’t expect any technical topics. Our aim is to get to know you better and make our decision based on the potential we see in you. We advise you to prepare for it as you would prepare for a face-to-face interview.
The personality questionnaire helps us understand your interaction style, approach to tasks and how you manage emotions at work, and the logical reasoning test assesses your ability to break down information and identify patterns in abstract problems.
If you require more time to complete the online tests, please contact us at: earlycareers@vodafonethree.com to discuss your situation, and where possible we will make arrangements to extend the deadline.
We aim to keep all candidates informed and updated throughout the application process, so please keep a close eye on your emails, including your spam/junk folder. If you would like to receive further updates on your application, please email us at earlycareers@vodafonethree.com, specifying the Programme you've applied to and your full name.
Due to the volume of applications, we won't be able to provide individual feedback after the video interview and online assessment stage. We do however, provide feedback after the assessment centre to help you with your future career.
We understand that you may require adjustments to the assessment and selection process due to individual needs or conditions. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and can perform at your best throughout the process with us.
You can ask for extra time before completing your video interview, online assessments and assessment centre.
Please also let us know of any other reasonable adjustments or support you may need throughout the selection process by emailing us at earlycareers@vodafonethree.com and we will do our best to accommodate them.
We use AI in different parts of our business to boost innovation, improve efficiency, and create new opportunities. We know many candidates use AI to fine-tune their CVs or prepare for interviews, but what we really care about is your unique experiences and achievements.
During the interview, we want you to rely on your own knowledge and skills to show us who you really are—your personality, creativity, and abilities. Above all, we’re looking for authenticity and can’t wait to get to know the real you.
Reasonable Adjustments
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to interview for a role that matches their skills. In collaboration with our teams across Talent, Diversity & Inclusion and employee-led networks we've identified reasonable adjustments to help you feel comfortable and perform at your best during the interview process.
We’re committed to supporting you throughout every stage of your journey with us.
