There are a number of different roles within our Customer Service teams based in our Stoke-on-Trent Centre of Excellence office:

Specialised Support

With technology, things can occasionally get a little tricky. That’s why we have the best support team on hand to help customers who need more in-depth tips and advice. Then there's our Customer Relations team who take care of customer complaints. Both have a crucial part to play in what we do.
