Ready to Apply?
We're so glad you're considering a future with us. As we continue to bring our teams together under one, you may still see Vodafone and Three brands during the application process – but rest assured, we're all part of the same journey.
Change takes time and while we align our systems behind the scenes, we're committed to making your experience smooth, fair and welcoming. Below you'll find more information about the VodafoneThree application process and what to expect.
Application and eligibility questions
First, we’ll ask you to fill in a quick form that tells us your basic details. We’ll use these to make sure you’re eligible for the programme you’re applying for.
Online assessment
Next is your chance to show us what you’ve got. It starts with a video interview, where you’ll record your answers to three questions. Then you'll be presented with an image-based personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test. From start to finish, this stage will take around 45 minutes.
Assessment centre or interview
If you’re invited to an Assessment Centre, you’ll take part in a fully immersive experience designed to reflect what it’s like to work with us. You’ll complete practical exercises, meet a number of assessors and team members, and have the chance to demonstrate your skills and abilities. Throughout the session, you’ll also have the opportunity to ask questions and learn more about life at VodafoneThree.
If your role requires a one‑to‑one interview, this will focus on your skills, motivation, and suitability for the programme, and will give you time to ask your own questions too.
Feedback
Following the assessment centre or your interview, we'll provide you with feedback on what you did well and suggested development areas. If you're successful in receiving an offer to join our Apprenticeship Programme, we'll ask for a few more details so that we can issue your contract, and get you connected to all things VodafoneThree – set up ready for your start with us. This will include introductions with your Line Manager and your cohort, Q&As and an Early Careers induction.

Applications close on the 27th of March 2026.
We offer roles across the UK, with office‑based positions mainly located at our Newbury or Farnborough hubs and field‑based roles available across England, Scotland, and parts of Wales. Each Programme description includes full details.
Office‑based roles are based in one of our offices, giving you the chance to collaborate closely with colleagues. VodafoneThree operates a hybrid working approach for office‑based roles, although some teams and specific positions may require a greater on‑site presence. While we typically expect colleagues to be in the office 2–3 days per week and work remotely for the remainder, whether from home or another VodafoneThree location, some roles may require more frequent office attendance. Specific expectations will be outlined in the Programme description.
Field‑based positions, on the other hand, involve working across multiple locations. You’ll spend most of your time out in the field, travelling to different sites to support operational work. These roles offer a varied day‑to‑day experience and usually require a flexible approach to working hours and travel. You’ll be fully equipped for the job, including your own company vehicle to support your travel between sites.
In order to be considered for the Apprenticeship Programme, you must already be in possession of a UK working permit that is valid for the duration of the Apprenticeship Programme you are applying to without the need for support from VodafoneThree, as well as living in the UK for the duration of your time with us.
Unfortunately, if you do not meet this criteria, we are unable to proceed with your application.
If you are unsure if your visa will allow you the unrestricted right to work in the UK or you have an expiry date for your current visa, please email earlycareers@vodafonethree.com to check before applying.
If you are eligible for the Programme, yes, you can apply. We recommend, as with any internal position, that you speak to your manager before applying.
The online assessments allow us to learn more about you and what makes you a great fit for VodafoneThree. They’ll take approx. 45 mins. and involve a video interview, an image-based personality questionnaire and a logical reasoning test. You will have a practice question before each section.
The video interview will contain competency-based questions, so you shouldn’t expect any technical topics. Our aim is to get to know you better and make our decision based on the potential we see in you. We advise you to prepare for it as you would prepare for a face-to-face interview.
The personality questionnaire helps us understand your interaction style, approach to tasks and how you manage emotions at work, and the logical reasoning test assesses your ability to break down information and identify patterns in abstract problems.
We understand that you may require adjustments to the assessment and selection process due to individual needs or conditions. Our goal is to ensure you feel comfortable and can perform at your best throughout the process with us.
You can ask for extra time before completing your video interview, online assessments and assessment centre.
Please also let us know of any other reasonable adjustments or support you may need throughout the selection process by emailing earlycareers@vodafonethree.com and we will do our best to accommodate them.
We know many candidates use AI to fine-tune their CVs or prepare for interviews, but what we really care about is your unique experiences and achievements.
If you require more time to complete the online tests, please contact earlycareers@vodafonethree.com to discuss your situation, and where possible we’ll make arrangements to extend the deadline, especially where reasonable adjustments are requested.
If you are invited to an Assessment Centre and you are unable to attend, please let us know at earlycareers@vodafonethree.com as soon as possible, and we will do our best to reschedule your attendance, subject to availability. Please note that this will not be possible in all cases.
We aim to keep all candidates informed and updated throughout the application process, so please keep a close eye on your emails, including your spam/junk folder. If you would like to receive further updates on your application, please email earlycareers@vodafonethree.com, specifying the Programme you've applied to and your full name.
Due to the volume of applications, we won't be able to provide individual feedback after the video interview and online assessment stage. We do however, provide feedback after the assessment centre to help you with your future career.
Reasonable Adjustments
We believe everyone should have the opportunity to interview for a role that matches their skills. In collaboration with our Talent & Inclusion teams, we've identified reasonable adjustments to help you feel comfortable and perform at your best during the interview process.
We’re committed to supporting you throughout every stage of your journey with us.
