If you are eligible, you’ll be incentivised on VBU growth as well as overall local market performance.
You will have two parts to your variable pay, each of which will represent half of your target bonus:
- The SPARK GSTIP, which is focused on VBU growth.
- The GSTIP, which is comprised of 70% Local Market and 30% Group performance.
- 50% of your bonus opportunity will have local market Vodafone Business performance measures (15% Adjusted Service Revenue, 15% B&C Products and 20% Contribution Margin).
- 50% will be based on the local market GSTIP achievement, which is split between local market and Group performance (70% local market: 14% Adjusted Service Revenue, 14% Adjusted EBIT, 14% Adjusted Free Cash Flow, 7% Revenue Market Share, 14% NPS and 7% Churn 30% Group: 6% Adjusted Service Revenue, 6% Adjusted EBIT, 6% Adjusted Free Cash Flow, 3% Revenue Market Share, 6% NPS and 3% Churn).
To ensure the right level of collective focus on driving Vodafone Business growth, individuals reporting into a local VBU Director, local VBPS and VBTS teams will be incentivised through the SPARK GSTIP. This means that all bonus eligible employees in Vodafone Business and VBPS and VBTS (except for Italy and Vodacom) will be included. Employees on commission or local bonus schemes remain on their current schemes. The CEO will also have part of their short-term incentive aligned to this framework.
