Vodafone Shared Services is a key enabler to deliver Vodafone’s growth trajectory.  Overthe next 2 years VSS will deliver £1bn savings to Vodafone. Across VSS we will employee 18,000+ employees across 6 locations.  To ensure we meet both the ambitious efficiency targets aswell as the growth of the teams we have created a Commercial Development team.  The team will be responsible forensuring we continue to deliver for our current customers and extend penetration further as well as drive innovation and efficiencies, creating a commercial VSS centre that is recognised as best in class.

 

 

 

Intelligent Automation (IA), is a business transformation journey which starts with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and evolves all the way to cognitive, machine learning, intelligent Chabot’s, and artificial intelligence. The implementation of IA has become highly strategic to the Group, with the target of improving significantly the process quality,the customer experience, and the aim of delivering cost reduction typically inthe range of 10 to 30%. The IA leader will drive IA as a transformational agent to shift the organization to new ways of working enabling the Group to becomea data-driven intelligent enterprise.

 

 

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

·       Developingthe Digital Roadmap and Implementation Plans for a Service Line working in close collaboration with the Service Line Heads and VSS Digital and Automation COE.

·       Accountable for the suite of initiatives in the area of Digital for Customer Engagement, Digital for Optimisation and Digital for Innovation plans for the Service Lines.

·       Accountable forthe Delivery of the targets for Digital and Intelligent Automation for the respService Line

·       Lead Functional and Commercial Assessments for Digital Tools and Automation for the resp Service Line

·       Lead the creation and delivery of the business cases for the implementation of Digital and Intelligent Automation tools for the Service Line

·       Develop, Incubate, Pilotnew technologies and solutions in the Area of Digital and Intelligent Automation with the ability to scale up to deliver the Digital objectives and targets for the respective service lines, working together with the Service Line Digital Leads for Propositions and Intelligent Automation as well as the VSS IT team.

·       Establish a close collaboration with the Digital and or Innovation Leads in the respective Group function (e.g. Enterprise, FInops, Customer Operations) as well the respective Digital / Innovation / Transformation Leads in the respective Local Markets to develop the VSS Digital Roadmap and Strategy for the Service Line

·       Establish a robust governance framework with the stakeholders in Service Lines,

·       Lead a team of Digital Specialists in the area of Functional Assessment, Functional Analysis and Intelligent Automation
