Role purpose:


To be the voice of the customer and their needs in Vodafone Carrier Service operations processes throughout the Build and Run phase of the Customer lifecycle and to initiate internal process/service improvements. Our customers are supported on a reactive basis, and our team’s contribution is to improve both Customer experience and our internal processes thus keeping the customers satisfied and loyal to Vodafone


What you will do:

  • Supporting Carrier Customers through complex service requests on per-request basis
  • Ensure that the appropriate support is provided by customer facing- and back office activities as per Customer requirements
  • Liaising with internal groups to drive fast resolution for wide range of problems
  • Driving Escalations for customer’s various design delivery and operations activities including demand management and prioritization 
  • Driving and owning Customer Service Improvement Planning on demand 
  • Creating Service Reports on demand 
  • Providing support and assistance for implementation of high valued complex solutions

This position is for you if you have:

  • Fluent business English and German knowledge 
  • A customer obsessed character, with a willing-to-do, solution focused, proactive attitude 
  • Good communications, presentation and influencing skills 
  • The ability to consistently deliver exceptional service results through complex team structures 
  • Relevant experience in customer care type of roles, relationship – and stakeholder - management, high level overview of telecommunication industry
  • Confident knowledge in ITIL
