VCS Service Management Specialist

Role purpose:

 

To proactively manage the end to end customer service relationship for a number of Vodafone Carrier Service accounts, continuously improving the customer’s experience of Vodafone and increasing loyalty.

 

What you will do:

  • Ensure that the appropriate support is provided by customer facing- and back office activities as per Customer requirements
  • Escalation point for customer specific CSSO design, delivery and operations activities including demand management and prioritization
  • Customer Service Improvement Planning on demand
  • Service Reporting on demand
  • Accountable for implementation of complex solutions

This position is for you if you have:

  • Strong business English and perfect German knowledge
  • A customer obsessed character, with a willing-to-do, solution focused, proactive attitude
  • Good communications and influencing skills
  • The ability to consistently deliver exceptional service results through matrix team structures
  • Relevant experience in customer care type of roles, relationship management
  • Confident knowledge in ITIL
