The role owner facilitates and continuously optimizes the Group Products & Services’ global quarterly supplier negotiation process (TRADE) across different Terminals subcategories including both Mobile and Connected Devices. The key focus is to ensure compliance of the end to end commercial negotiation process; Support the Global commercial community in preparing for the supplier engagement and provide a holistic view of the overall negotiation results.

With us you will do the following:
  • Maintain and improve the quarterly supplier negotiation process. Including identifying opportunities to enhance the end to end efficiency of the process e.g. Automation / tool development
  • Ensure process compliance within the commercial community. Track deviations and quantify loss opportunities/value
  • Support and facilitate preparation meetings / engagement with suppliers during the negotiation weeks
  • Conclude the quarterly negotiation results and perform necessary data analytics / digital dashboard design

Apply if you have:
  • Solid experience in relevant purchasing and/or sales environments
  • Excellent communication skills combined with an understanding of any related operational issues
  • Process-driven. Experience with complex stakeholder management in an international environment
  • Innovative thinker with a personal passion for negotiation
  • High-level numerical analysis skills and ability to draw and provide clear conclusions and recommendations (good Excel/PowerPoint skill or other related digital data tools)

Ideally you will also have:

  • Experience in mobile devices market
  • Sound understand of telco technology, products and supply/consumer market
