To close sales deals through telephone by creating a strong relationship with the customer and by fulfilling Vodafone’s and customer satisfactions requirements.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:

• Contact via phone existing or potential customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.
• Answer questions about products or Vodafone Albania
• Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
• Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed
• Shows persuasive and persistent behaviour with the goal to close the deal
• Handle grievances to preserve the Vodafone’s reputation
• Enter and update customer information in the database
• Take and process orders in an accurate manner
• Go the “extra mile” to meet sales goals
• Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
