Join our team as a:
Supply Chain Business to Business Specialist
Role purpose:
Successful operation of Vodafone B2B Program and all related projects within Supply Chain Management department, including driving system upgrading, Supplier on-boarding and supporting business transformation projects.
What will you do:
  • Provide technical support to Vodafone subsidiaries for the existing Supply Chain Management processes and Cloud based systems
  • Participate in technical related process improvement, change management (user acceptance testing) and transformation activities
  • Drive, coordinate and execute the Supplier and Customer Onboarding activities including Business to Business testing activities
  • Engage with the 3rd party service provider of the Vodafone B2B solution for any required technical activities, take part in the technical implementation of B2B business releases
  • Act as main point of contact between service provider and business partner, as well as build strong relationships with the Local Market contacts
  • Develop presentations and reports, make recommendations to management
  • Create and present regular project reports based on the owned tools
  • Participate in the improvement of the processes, policies and standards
  • 1-3 years’ experience in Supply Chain management preferably in the field of Procurement or Logistics
  • Project management skills are required, experience in leading projects individually is a huge advantage
  • Experience in a shared service center in an IT process improvement/ change management/ system development position
  • University or college degree
  • Strong technical acumen
  • Fluent English language knowledge (both written and verbal)
  • Experience in IT project delivery is an advantage
  • Proven track record in stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical skills and project management mindset
