"• Contributes to Learning & Development COE strategy, policies, processesand practices • Responsible for the service delivery of the Learning & Development COE to quality, timing and cost targets, SLAs & KPIs - Support the ongoingrequirements gathering across the business to identify People Development needs. ( Realtime functional, behavioural needs) - Research & benchmark potential options, internally and externally, and determine the appropriate learning solutions. - Deliver/facilitate specific learning interventions for G bands and below - Responsible for the operational delivery of the key L&D elements of the People Plan and HR Calendar, including the provision of tools, processes, coaching and best practice sharing Effective co-ordination of training rooms, equipment, training materials, guest speakers and outsourced trainers to ensure the smooth running of programme delivery - Participates in development initiatives,as appropriate, manages functional development boards and oversees functional PD process - Builds knowledge and competence in L&D within the HR and Line Manager communities - Reviews and updates training material on a regular basis, works with external vendors for content creation and contextualization - Workswith external suppliers where appropriate to deliver People plans and initiatives - Works with HR Services to support and continuously improve L&D administration processes and practices - Coordinating and facilitating the identification of training needs "
