◦Ensure effective Error Trend Analysis and Problem Management
◦Work in EVO SAP HANA team and provide missing technical and operational expertise forMajor Incident Management and support EVO Support Partner to close their knowledge gaps
◦Available for Major Incident Management out of office hours
◦Provide support for Major Incident Management and ensure timely resolution of Major Incidents
◦Ensure SAP  best practices are adhered to during Incident and Problem investigation and resolution
◦Provide technical feasibility and appropriateness of proposed incident & problem resolutions when alternative solutions are available
◦Provide Level 2 and 3 Technical Support. Level 2 and Level 3 shall cover all activities required to resolve tickets that are routed from the EVO Service Desk to the Support Partne
◦Provide capability to perform incident & problem management resolution activities as appropriate in exceptional circumstances
◦Provide appropriate assessment of SAP OSS notes with regard to relevance for EVO Operations
◦Perform detailed planning & project management of implementation activities for updates & patching where required

HANA Admin :
o Proven working knowledge of SAP HANA  Implementation in Complex projects
o Proficient in SAP HANA Architecture
o SAP BASIS with HANA system landscape knowledge, BASIS experience in atleast 3 of the following (ERP, BW, CRM, SCM, EP, BI, Solution Manager, CPS),SAP TMS and CTS+ experience, SAP security administration experience, DBMS product(Preferably DB2 and Oracle) knowledge, Linux(preferably SUSE SLES) administration knowledge.
o Installation & Administration of SAP HANA
o Provide technical administration and support for the HANA / SLT components
o Performing Refreshes using Export/Import Wizard
o Verify backup/recovery, batch scheduling and other operations architecture components are established and performed for the in-scope environment
o Perform DBA activities for SLT
o Perform all housekeeping activities reasonably required to maintain system availability and stability on a regular basis(i.e. table space expansions, increase log file size thresholds, clean-up of file systems, validity of certificates etc.).
o OS level experience onLinux/Unix/Windows with SAP HANA
o Strong SQL Skills essential, Oracle PL/SQL skills highly desirable
o Knowledge of SAP BI highly desirable
o Assess and improve Operational Procedures (including Housekeeping activities)
o Perform system health audits to validate system status & report to Basis Team Lead
