We are seeking a 
  • Be Responsible for Speech Analytic analysis. Track and analyse all Cops KPI
  • Challenge how effectively Cops strategy is deployed by use of Speech Analytics identifying areas of inefficiency or ineffectiveness
  • Formulate a business problems and translate this into an actionable analytic plan
  • Create adhoc reports as requested by management. 
  • Continuously track the performance of the callcenter inline with strategies, 
  • Utilize speech analysis to maximize revenue, reduce costs and improve efficiencies while improving overall customer experience for call center channel,
  • Day-to-day responsibilities include: Collaboratively working with a team to develop search/category queries, Analyze recorded audio and audio-based data for critical insight, trends, and patterns, conduct root-cause analysis, and deliver findings with recommendations for ongoing.
  • Listen the  audio, identify relevant phrases and words that can be included in search and category queries. 
  • Creation and/or maintenance of search and category queries ensuring optimal results.

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree 
  • At least  2 years  experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation
  • Excellent command in MS Office Programs especially in Excel 
  • Experience of working with large volumes of data.
  • Strong ability in planning, reporting and  analysing
  • Proactive, result oriented
  • Strong communication skill
  • Well know Call Center KPI’ s 
  • No military obligation for male candidates
