Supports the execution of sales activities through building and supporting enablers (training, tools, processes, reporting etc)

•Delivers focusedSales support and initiatives for an area of Sales Operations through application of specialized knowledge

•Liaises with all other sales, marketing, customer care, customer operations (front and back office) and finance functions

•Provides function reporting for the sales teams

•Supports the sales process through providing a point ofcontact for VB Digital sales users

•Defines training plans, specifications and functional needs for sales toolsto other sales team members

•Offers guidance and coaching to other Sales Operations team members in area of expertise when required and acts a liaison with IT

•Manager of self. Exchange ideas and information effectively, to explain ideas and concepts in a concise and logical way

•Responsible for all VB Digital Sales performanceanalysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) for the Valencia HUB

•Responsible for all VB Digital Sales forecast and pipeline analysis (weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly) for the Valencia HUB

•Build, maintain, improveand grow operational reporting capabilities.
