Vodafone Business Digital Sales is a new, cutting edge division of the Vodafone Group with a global focus on corporate inside sales. We have a multi-channel approach to digital sales using the newest and best technology.

The Vodafone Business Digital Sales function has two main hubs in Valencia and Dublin; it is a fast growing vertical function within MSO, responsible for Inside Sales across Vodafone local markets and internal lines of business with a global headcount of approximately 400 FTE and set to expand threefold in the next three years.

The Inside Sales Executive for End to End Sales - Italian Market is responsible for systematically landscaping accounts to understand their business goals and needs in order to build a sales pipeline of 4 x annual sales quota. The ISE will work with assigned accounts to nurture sales pipeline through the stages of the Vodafone Way of Selling process.
The ISE will identify opportunities for mobility, fixed, mobile broadband, unified comms and security through outbound calling, social selling, and marketing campaigns as appropriate to the sales strategy. This process will involve engaging with customer’s buying centres and building a solution tailored to the customer’s needs, closing the sale and managing the customer ongoing for cross selling purposes.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Identify, qualify, propose, negotiate and close sales opportunities in accordance to the Vodafone Way of Selling Sales Process
• Identify and manage customer requirements needed to complete proposal or/and contract.
• Work collaboratively with field sales throughout the sales cycle to solution deliver to ensure revenue targets are delivered
• Follow the Lead Pass and Customer Handover Guidelines as defined by the Local Market / Business Units
• Build and manage sales pipeline to ensure a minimum of 4 x sales target, ensuring pipeline health, monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets and Customer NPS Score
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• +3 yrs experience in sales (face-to-face or telephone).
• Sales methodology
• Knowledge of tools (Clarify, 1SF, AMDOCs,…)
• Experience of the TELCO sector
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with partners and colleagues at all levels of the organization
• Ability to establish credibility by understanding their business challenges and needs
• Understanding of industry trends and challenges
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, organizational & communication skills, discipline, attention to detail and a can do attitude
