The Career Opportunity
Based in Singapore, the role is an Evangelist for Vodafone core portfolio capabilities with responsibilities for:
1. Core Solution Sales & Go-to-market solutions for Red Edge – direct report to Solution Sales Manager, South Asia
2. Customer Experience Centre (CEC) Management – functional report to

Key Responsibilities:
Impact on the business:

  • Formulate repeatable go-to-market VGE solutions, in particular in FIXED & UC (Internet, VMA, MDM, GSIP) for Red Edge, and for the Account sales teams.
  • Manage and leverage the CEC to generate pipeline, working with the Marketing Customer Engagement team.
  • Mobility Recovery Programme
  • Advocacy Projects & Digital Tools (LinkedIn Navigator)
  • Drive working level product interlock with EP&S (PCS, Product Practice)
  • Support COE programmes (UC, Fixed)
  • Sales and marketing operational support

Knowledge & Experience:

  • Expert knowledge of relevant products including detailed understanding of customer business environment, market trends and competitive positioning.

Customers:

  • Position Vodafone and its portfolio in the context of the customer environment, develop blueprint of Vodafone services offering substantial business value to the customer; identify/create/shape and successful closure of business opportunities.

  

Leadership & Teamwork:

  • Lead the sale of go-to-market solutions and products as part of the total business value proposition. To define a clear strategy in a team approach with the account team, manage internal processes and stakeholders to ensure delivery capabilities.

Communication:

  • Engage with business, technical and non-technical audiences, including those IT and procurement functions. Will communicate and influence back internal stakeholders to ensure products and solutions are delivered to customer’s satisfaction. Working with sales, sales operations and marketing on win announcements and sales support programs.
