The G Band Snr Spec: Reporting, Insights and Analytics role is based within CVM within Enterprise Business Unit
The role of the Snr Spec: Reporting, Insights and Analytics is for scoping, designing, data engineering and ETL projects deliverables. Refine client requests and project concepts into actionable high impact consulting projects – from base analyses, base segmentation, to customer sophistication indices. Developing and maintaining existing Reports, data extraction for ad-hoc requests, discovering new data sources from other Vodacom Departments, proactively automating processes and reports. Refined ability to identify new opportunities, develop new solutions-sets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
Deliver valued advice to clients.
Present and persuade at the highest levels of the organisation.
Demonstrate clear awareness and knowledge of client’s business and needs.
Learn a breadth of new data schema and quickly understanding the structure of multiple, internal and external data sources.
Preparation and delivery of required outcomes for internal stakeholders/segment clients’ solutions, and present analysis in an understandable concise language.
Communicate findings and results by means of presentations, and written communication, both internally and externally.
