Service Delivery Management Specialist (maternity cover) 

 

The main purpose of this role is to act as the customer’s advisor and represent their interests in Vodafone by managing service and process improvement projects regarding all contracted services. It is also important to provide governance across all areas of Vodafone’s services including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.

 
 
What you will do:
 
  • Identifies, analyzes, evaluates and records sufficient information to achieve the audit’s objectives. Ensures that evidence is sufficient in audit working papers
  • Collaborate with colleagues, internal stakeholders and external auditors to ensure compliant audits and support audit requirements
  • Follow up the work of colleagues involved in the end to end process, especially in all operating units within Vodafone Group functions and also on the Vodafone Operating Company side
  • Support different stakeholders in Product on-boarding and customer on-boarding
  • Contribute to the customer relationship management by participating service review meetings, providing inputs, preparing reports and presentation materials as
  • Work closely with the Global Service Manager to develop a global service approach
  • Coordinate cross-functional service improvement projects on the company's products, services and procedures that contribute to customers’ satisfaction
  • Follow processes aligned with ITIL including Service Level Management, Change Management and Continuous Service Improvement
  • Focus on business performance that constantly strives to eliminate waste and improve customer satisfaction
