The role of Senior Process Manager sits within the end-to-end Process Centre of Excellence designing and deploying end-to-end process architecture, performance management, lifecycle management and advocacy across Vodafone and its key partners.
In this role you will drive process performance optimisation activities across the business. You will ensure the right methodology, artefacts, governance and tools are developed and constantly iterated to ensure we gain adoption and usage of our Process Lifecycle and Process Architecture across the business. You will strive to ensure these capabilities are simple to use, well understood and work effectively across our Agile Squads, Waterfall teams and external partners.

What Will I be Doing?
• Provide leadership in operating & managing our E2E process lifecycle and governance frameworks and platforms
• Lead improvement activities and teams developing & optimising process across Vodafone
• Champion adoption and usage of E2E Process frameworks, artefacts and governance with key stakeholders across Vodafone & with key partners
• Act as senior subject matter expert and advocate for E2E Process stakeholders to drive adoption
• Role model great leadership behaviours to that will motivate, inspire and cultivate a high performing squad culture.
• Role-model the behaviours of an agile and growth mindset and be a champion of the Vodafone Agile Principles

What Will I bring?
• Growth Mindset
• Substantial experience in leadership roles within a large Telecommunications Company, Utility Business or associated Consulting Practice
• Strong business understanding of I.T & Digital technologies & operating practices
• Experience in senior roles managing Lean/Six Sigma or other optimisation teams and resources
• Direct experience of operating/leading teams in an Agile business environment
