Our Team:

The Vodafone Business Legal team (VBL) is looking for a self-driven, highly analytical and experienced Senior Manager who will operationalise the VBL transformation program to improve efficiency and drive digitisation.

You should be someone who has experience in business architecture, business change and transformation. We are adopting Agile methodologies across Vodafone Business, and this role is no different. You should be someone who champions Agile project management with your stakeholder group to obtain buy-in to your Agile project plans.

This opportunity will allow you to greatly improve and modernise the way in which the VBL function works. We have a vision for what our future looks like, and you will lead the change by providing expertise and guidance throughout the transformation journey, driving our project prioritisation, and ensure we adapt our transformation strategy in an evolving business landscape.

With us you will:

• Operationalise Legal Transformation roadmap using Agile delivery methodology (build, run & manage scrum teams and Kanban boards)
• Run monthly Transformation reviews & updates to stakeholders
• Contribute to Legal technology assessments and business case developments
• Drive Legal transformation strategy together with Head of GEL Legal Operations
• Drive business improvements via process design and SME knowledge transfer
• Ensure continuous cross-functional alignment to vision and strategy of Digital Enterprise and Group Legal technology strategy

Apply if you have:

• Previous experience in delivering transformation projects using Agile methodology
• Business Architecture, process design, business change & facilitation skills
• Understanding and practical experience of implementing lean methodology
• Experience of aligning and influencing multiple stakeholders, problem solving & ensuring buy-in and required action
• Experience of working in a global virtual/ cross functional team environment
• Understanding of IT principles

• Agile SAFe accredited
• Project Management (e.g. Prince 2 foundation) certified
• ITIL qualified
• Degree educated or equivalent
