Sourcing Specialist
Newbury

We are looking for a proactive Sourcing Specialist to join our Retail Resourcing Team and raise the bar in recruiting top talent in to our retail stores. 

We are going through some big changes in Retail here at Vodafone, with a number of our stores moving to our partner agent model and so we are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to support us on this journey. 

We need someone who is a strong and creative sourcing specialist to source, attract and assess candidates aligned to Vodafone UK Retail requirements.

How this will be achieved:

You will need to build relationships with your store managers, your HRBPs and your candidates to meet the recruitment needs of the business. You will also be expected to attract active and passive talent in line with our employer value proposition as well as producing content to promote diversity and attract talent.

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Full cycle recruitment experience, would be desirable, but not essential.
  • Strong evidence using direct recruitment methods, digital tools and with strong social media sourcing expertise.
  • Strong communications skills with the ability to communicate with candidates over the phone in a positive and engaging way.
  • Proactive, positive approach to using systems and technology. 
  • Experience of proactive talent attraction, engaging with talent via telephone and candidate management techniques with strong social media sourcing expertise. 
  • Evidence of developing strong stakeholder relationships through a consultative and inclusive approach ideally in a matrix environment. 
  • Strong operational focus combined with commercial and business acumen
  • Hands on practical approach, with the ability to carry out operational tasks quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to think creatively, but practically – creative problem solving skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguity and the resilience to drive the right behaviours and approaches to achieve the desired results
